I don't like to give negative feedback but there are a couple of things i need to highlight - the car wasn't very well cleaned but the main one is i asked for my alloys to be looked at and a price given for repair which wasn't done? Why was this?

I arrived late to pick up the car due to traffic and the advisor waited patiently for my arrival although it had gone past 18:00 hrs. I was offered a hot or cold drink even though it was time for his end of shift. Very well spoken and respectful.

Besides the recall, they had a health check breakdown which was very detailed and helped me have a overall checkup on my car so I know what needs to be worked on ok the future

Car was taken on Friday morning and delayed on Monday which resulted in me bieng really late for work, My pay was deducted for those hours. I lost money because of poor time management and communication
