Service was fine, however had £3 stolen out of my cup holder. 1 £2 coin and 1 £1 coin. Do not need £3, but it's the principle and do not expect to be stolen from BMW.

I'm completely dissatisfied. My concerns were not taken seriously, and the service lacked care, transparency, and urgency. I felt dismissed rather than supported, and the experience was stressful from start to finish.

I asked for diagnostic test due to engine light being on and it hasn't been diagnosed nor fixed.

The engineers highlighted a twisted gator cuff and estimate over £1k to get it sorted which I thought was quite high. I took the car to my usual garage and did the work for free as they said it took less than 5 minutes to fix.
