We dealt with Alex Rousianos, who had only been with BMW for a week. He was so accommodating and polite and nothing was too much trouble. He never rushed us, in fact the branch had been closed half an hour when the deal was sealed!

The issue of the car squeaking has not been fixed. Had to wait 3 days for my car to be sorted with no one touching my car for a whole day. Then to top it off, i was charged £150 for diagnosing the issue when the issue hasnt even been fixed. Not buyin
