Despite not getting a progress phone call as promised my experience was good. A suspension noise I had pointed out could not be detected so a senior mechanic came out in the car with me. The noise wasn't present. I was invited back if it returned.

Whilst the service was efficient, they did not resolve the issue that I had bought to their attention. However, they did acknowledge that they were unable to get to the bottom of the situation and they were happy to reduce the price for me.

Brake fluid service was carried out for a reasonable cost. Vehicle was looked after. Dropped my car off at 8am, but it didn't go into the workshop until after 4, when a problem arose with a tyre for the MOT it was too late in the day to get sorted.

Booked car 3 months in advance, was told to change 3 tyres needed changing. Car touched for 3 days, unble to diagnose long standing issue where car loses power and then told they can't do wheel alignment due to tread depth. Worse service I ever had!

Earliest slots are a few weeks away from time of booking and worse if you need a courtesy car so I had to do without while mine went in. Great service at Oldbury. Work done quickly without fuss. Car under warranty, and repair done without issues.

The lady /staff mis informed me about the progress on my car and denied giving me the correct information.

Car in for recall. Pre- appt service was great, staff inside great, flawless sorting of loan car, had a coffee and blueberry muffin too. V nice!!
