When they tried to change the brake bulb they broke the cover but I wasn't informed at the time. After 3 hours waiting they said someone had gone to Euro Part to get the correct bulb but it was still not replaced. Rebook for diognosis £140 an hour.

I've brought BMWs for the last 24 years and always had excellent service until now. It really was a stressful 2 days being fobbed off no communication and lied too. I have lost all faith in BMW Oldbury.

The communication was poor and on one occasion I had to ring 3 times to find out if my car would be ready. A courtesy car was not offered, and I had to arrange other means of transport to work and to pick our granddaughter twice.

This time after a long time I received the most amazing service, starting from me entering the doors from the gentleman on the front desk and the female agent looking after me was a diamond. I was offered drinks and she really kept on top of things.

For the service visit, I was kept up-to-date where required. Lily kept me informed and in addition, helpfully assisted me in connecting up my Wi-Fi. I was also provided with a selection of hot and cold drinks which was much appreciated.

Extremely and completely satisfied, as stated above, Luke kept in regular contact to make sure I was up to date with the delivery of the car as well as when it was ready for me to pick up. He worked after hours to accommodate me and my work rota.
