During the purchase of the car, Klaudia Zajner made us feel special and was very helpful. On the collection date we were again made to feel very special. She organised a big unveiling which was excellent and we took lots of photos for our memory box

I wanted full service but told me major incl spark plugs required. Car runs great so this should be personal choice. I'm out of warranty but would they not reset idrive service lights unless had all work required. Took to specialist based on this.

Young Asian lad at the reception. To update the Man ( Rees) to short it out. But till date no phone or no update from BMW oldbury. It is really disgusting. Never again to any Sytner BMW .

They did not stock another battery, only 1 battery for my key fob was replaced when I needed 2. It is disappointing only 1 in stock in the whole showroom.
