During the purchase of the car, Klaudia Zajner made us feel special and was very helpful. On the collection date we were again made to feel very special. She organised a big unveiling which was excellent and we took lots of photos for our memory box

My car has been coated without my permission and request. Stickers, plastic covers etc. has been peeled and removed from the car even although I tell. I have told Dan Thomson a couple of times and remind him via phone and email but he did not care.

I had a terrible experience. The service was incompetent, leading to an oil leak, possible engine damage and a fire hazard in the form of a cloth left in the bonnet. Despite my request I have not received a report into what happened.
