My car has been coated without my permission and request. Stickers, plastic covers etc. has been peeled and removed from the car even although I tell. I have told Dan Thomson a couple of times and remind him via phone and email but he did not care.

Easy to book in and deal with however i would have appreciated some type of expense for travel as my nearest dealer was in another town and cost me a fair bit to travel.

Time to service was 3.5h longer than the 2-3h i was initially told, and 'car will be ready in 20 mins' was actually a further 45 min wait. The incorrect timings was the only disappointment.

Recall work was supposed to take a day. Mine extended to two which meant I had to cancel a planned trip. Naturally, I was not completely satisfied but service was helpful.
